Born in 1959 in Ukraine, 1992-1997 Studies at the St. Petersburg state Academy of Fine Arts in the studios of Professor Neprintsev, Professor Petrov, Professor Timenov.

All of Seymuk's works were sold at the exhibition.
Local newspapers and LA Times were full of the images of his works.
Works are reoresented in many private collections in Holland, Japan, Denmark, USA, Germany, France and Russia.
Seymuk is one of the few artists whu have got an access to the Mariinsky (Kirov Ballet) Theater and St. Petersburg Ballet School named after Vaganova/ Thise is were he spends hours maiking sketches for his oil paintings. That is why they are so honest and realistic.
